Biography:: Gul Panag belongs to a army officer’s family. She spent her childhood touring in many cities. She Studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya (Chandigarh, Mhow, Leh and Wellington) as well as The Lawrence School, Lovedale and the International School of Lusaka, Zambia. She hold’s bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Punjabi University, Patiala and Master’s degree in Political Science from the Punjab University, Chandigarh. She was a good student and won several state and national level debate competitions. Gul Panag won the Miss India title in 1999 subsequently she was sent to Miss Universe competition though she could not secure place in top 3 positions. In 2003, Gul Panag debuted in Bollywood with film Dhoop followed by Jurm (2005). She appeared in few more film like Nagesh Kukunoor’s Dor, Straight, Run, Hello but she received appreciation from critics for her appreciation. She is married with her boyfriend Rishi Attari.
